To be natural or not to be? That is the Question...

So, I finally decided to relax my hair!

I am so pleased with the decision. My hair is much more tamable now. It is so full now which is great. It has also grown as well- yay! It still has some texture to it as I did not keep the relaxer in my hair for too long. The progress picture I have taken is not as fancy as the last one because I couldn't be bothered to straighten my hair afterwards. This was mostly because I felt that my hair had been through enough after I spent 4 hours detangling the beast that was my hair, prior to the relaxing phase of my hair treatment day. Heck, I had been through enough lol.

Detangling took ages mostly because I hadn't detangled or washed my hair for 2 weeks (urgh! I know :P). That was a bad idea lol. I had a feeling I wa going to relax my hair so I wanted to build up as much dirt on my scalp as I could to act as a barrier for...protection (?) :D

Once the deed was done, my hair now looks like this:

It has grown slightly when compared to my last progress report I think. What I have noticed it that my hair is soo much fuller than before. The former short strands at the front are now catching up to the runaway strands at the back lol. I wander how it would look if I straightened...I guess, when I do decide to straighten it, I shall take a picture and post it up here :)
