Just Around The Riverbend...

I won't even try to compile a summary post of what went down 2013 in my life because..well... a lot of things happened that year, both good and bad and I am too lazy to condense everything into a relatively short post or create a pretty collage of some sort haha. I am thankful to God for my family friends and the gifts He gave me in all their shapes, forms and sizes. Oo! Oo! Oo! I will say this though, one thing I am glad I did in 2013 was regularly update my blog(s) as it is a nice reminder of things I did and thoughts I had that I would have otherwise forgotten.

In the blink of an eye 2014 has begun and with it comes various opportunities to achieve our dreams which are found just around the riverbend (ha!). Looking back at my 2013 New Year wish list I am proud that I managed to achieve 4 and a half of the 6 things I listed. The 'half' is because although I did lose some weight... I kind put it back on lol. This year I want to kick things up a notch. I played things a bit too safely last year and will attempt to adopt the Just Do It attitude to almost all opportunities that come my way. I want to really grab life by the...cuff (?) and embark on an incredibly fun adventure of which I shall document snippets of it here. I will undoubtedly fill you in on what my 2014 wish list shall comprise of as the year rolls by but as a thank you for continuing to read my blog, I have penned a not-so-short short story which can be found here for you to read.
