BURT'S BEES

I must say I have fallen a little bit in love with this brand. As you may have come to the conclusion from this post that I am no beauty guru but I do have a growing interest in this field. I was on the look out for a new lip balm a couple months ago now - where on earth did March go?? - and my friends recommended I try Burt's Bees Beeswax lip balm with Vitamin E & Peppermint. We made our way to Boots and I bagged myself a new lip balm. I try as much as possible to finish one lip balm before moving onto another as I end up having one in every bag, pocket or purse I own. Luckily the one I was currently using was almost done so I fished out out my new Burt's Bees purchase and gave my lips a little taste of the my new buy...

Oh how my lips love it! A couple weeks later I was on the hunt for a new hand cream and wondered what would one from Burt's Bees be like. I proceeded to add the essentials kit to my basket because I knew I would be repurchasing the lip balm and that day I wanted to revive my nails a bit. Now, my nose did take while to adjust to the scent of this cream but my hands could not deny the fact that shea butter infused cream did turn them into soft, hydrated marshmallows. However, I should mention that the hydration did not win the battle against 'It's time to wash my hands'  but, I do not have a big problem with whipping out the hand cream and slathering some more on my hands. I think it is safe to say that it is quite likely my skin is having quite a dalliance with Burt's Bees but I will work my way through their product line to confirm this suspicion haha.
