A Hair Related Haul?!
I really need to stop this but it does not seem that I can...
I love experimenting with my hair. I am 4+ months post-relaxer at the moment and I have been toying with the idea of transitioning- the big chop is out of the question. I have been trying out new ways to style and take care of my hair. I wanted to test and see what my hair would look like if I had some loose curls/waves in them. I have obviously done numerous braid outs and twist-outs but I wanted to see if using rollers leads to me getting different results. The rollers that caught my eye were the bendy rollers. I have no idea if they will work but I bought 'em anyways :D
Also, I have been having a problem with conditioners.
Be it mild (as I like to call them- VO5, Herbal Essences etc) or the deep penetrating ones. My hair just doesn't seem to get enough out of the whole process. That is why I re-purchased a fave conditioner of mine- Elasta QP's DPR-11+ and decided to buy a thermal heat wrap as well- I cannot afford a steamer and/or a hooded drier. I am yet to try this out so I will let you know how it goes when I do :)
And just to throw it out there- I can be so indecisive about certain things.
I have just come across yet another blog written by a fellow relaxed hair'd girl and I am in love with her hair's health and length. It has proven to to me that I can take care of my hair properly in its relaxed state; I do not have to go natural. But then again, the blogs and videos I have read and watched by natural hair'd girls prove that I can also take care of my hair in its natural state also; I just have less experience of doing it. So you see why I am so confused. Obviously, if I feel that going natural is not for me, I can just relax my new growth and it will be back to "normal". Hence, why I also bought an ORS relaxer kit in normal strength :D
I wonder how your hair lab is faring because mine is definitely expanding I can tell you that. I wonder how I am going to move out of this flat smh. My dad is gonna kill me lol.
Till next time!
Luv, Mo xx
